The operation of the Co-operative is subject to both the Co-operative Corporation Act of Ontario

There are certain processes that must occur before by-laws can be changed. The Board makes recommendations to the members, who then ratify the changes using rules that are based on the importance of the changes requested.

Each change to the By-laws will be posted on the website after ratification at a General Meeting or a Special Member's Meeting called to ratify a change. This by-law is current as of the last General Meeting May 6, 2009.
